It has lately been suggested that the Palace of Diocletian has superior
learning facilities in comparison to our great town of Sigil. Please
journey to Diocletian, and learn what you can of their educational system.
Then use your wits and skills to sabotage the Emperor's efforts at training
the minds of his citizens so that Sigil will always remain more powerful.
Be sure to accomplish this as quietly as possible to avoid any trouble
between our kingdoms.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 54 quest points, 5 practice points, 50,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 8,000 gold pieces.
