Long Desc: Helma samples some of her wares as she cooks.

This large and happy woman smiles warmly as you enter the store.  She
offers you a free sample of her latest healthy creation, and helps herself
to a piece as well.  Although it is obvious that Helma loves to eat the food
she makes, it is all very nutritious.  Her dwarven figure is still shapely,
and her long white beard is shiny and healthy.
She is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
