NPC: The Shadow Demon
Long Desc: The fearsome Shadow Demon slithers out of the mists and glares at you.

The Shadow Demon is a creature from the Negative Material Plane.  Its
color is a jet black, which makes it virtually invisible in darkness.  It
appears to be a humanoid cloud of black mist with a head, two long arms with
horrid long fingers on the ends o the hands, and a pair of small bat wings
on its back.  It has no legs, the torso ending down in a wispy tail.  Its
eyes glow red when it is angered and remain so that you can see through them
when it is calm.
It is a demon approximately 8'0" tall.
