NPC: A drunk frog
Long Desc: An inebriated frog stumbles toward you drunkenly.

This is one of the less sober amphibian inhabitants of Kasrah.  Why this
frog is so intoxicated, you have no idea.  Maybe it is because of the
madness that surrounds the island, or the fact that its body parts are a
delicacy native to this area.  Proclaiming you to be his best friend, this
toasted toad embraces you, spilling beer on you in the process.
She is a frog approximately 1'6" tall.
