NPC: An orc pickpocket
Long Desc: A cloaked creature sneaks about, looking for houses to break into.

A thick black cloak covers the entire body of this hunched-back orc.  A
hood hangs far over his cloak, allowing only his pale-white chin to show.  A
set of lock picks dangle from his left hand and a small map of the area that
has been rolled up held tightly in his right.  His feet are fitted with a
special boot, that holds onto his foot tightly; the sole of the foot is made
of a soft rubbery-like substance, which allows him to sneak about without
being heard.
She is a orc approximately 7'1" tall.
