Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
There have been numerous complaints that New Rigel Realty is infested
with vermin. This is an unacceptable situation. New Rigel residents should
not have to live on streets that are filled with vile creatures. I want you
to go and rally the janitors in the realty area and clean out whatever
vermin you may find. When you have finished this task report to me on the
situation.
