Long Desc: Here stands a janitor, striving to make New Rigel Realty a cleaner place.

The janitor is a hardworking individual, with a good heart, and good with
a broom.  They stand here with no particular motivation except to improve
the quality of life for the others that reside in this area.  They seem like
a very kind human, and you feel like you've known them for years.  They pay
great attention to details, and will bend over to pick up a crumb or some
gum that could ruin their perfection.
