NPC: The Archmage of Fire
Long Desc: The Archmage of Fire is here, ready to trigger the volcano's raining devastation on the world.

Legend has it that the Archmage of Fire was once a powerful black-robed
wizard, who specialized in the comminucation with and summoning of demons.
However, one day one of his summoning rites supposedly went terribly wrong,
and he got himself possessed.  The King tricked the Demon here into the
depths of the volcano, and bound him here.  And now the Archmage screams
with rage and burns any poor soul who should accidently wander this far.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
