NPC: A cult priest
Long Desc: A high priest of the Dracco Cult wanders in search of a sacrifice.

Swathed in dark robes, this priest blends into the shadows of the caverns
as he stalks his unsuspecting prey.  His aim is to capture something alive,
find a beating heart to still in the name of his lord the Dracolich who
probably won't even notice if the offered sacrifice has been drained of all
its blood first.
It is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
- Defeat the Dracolich Cult (200-240) from Lady Undya.
- Let There Be Light! (180-241) from Lord Vashir.
