This quest [397] is called 'Defeat the Dracolich Cult',

Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Greetings Adventurer! I need to ask you of a big favor. Off to the
southeast in the dungeon Avarice, lies the evil Dracolich. As of late,
this hideous undead monster has been causing a lot of problems for the
region. While asking you to kill the dracolich would be excessive, the
dracolich's cult needs to be destroyed. Destroy the cultists and their
adepts and return here for the reward. Be careful, this is a dangerous
