NPC: The High Priest of Dracco
Long Desc: The High Priest of the Dracco Cult seeks another sacrifice for his master.

The High Priest bears a striking resemblance to the normal cult priests,
only being distinguished from them by his torn and bloody mantle.  Indeed,
the high priest is chosen from the cult priests for the honor of presenting
the Dracolich with the sacrifices, only being succeeded upon his death.
Unfortunately, judging by his nervous expression and the stained, rent
garments handed down to him, the life expectancy of those who feed the
Dracolich isn't very long.
He is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Dracolich, the undying Symbol of the Dracco Cult (Fire).
