NPC: A quaggoth
Long Desc: A white haired quaggoth is feeding on the remains of a captured drow.

Quaggoths are humanoids with long, shaggy, white hair covering their
entire bodies.  They wear no clothing.  Drow sometimes enslave them as
guards and spider handlers, which would explain their hatred for them.
Quaggoth tribes claim a territory for their own and will fight to the death
to defend it.
She is a yeti approximately 7'1" tall.
