NPC: A wandering weapons collector
Long Desc: A man set on gathering the most exotic of all weapons wanders the dark here.

Once he was a wondering collector, searching the globe for many different
weapons.  Long ago, he heard that there was a treasure trove of weapons to
collect here.  Once trapped in the dark and dank caverns deep below the
earth, he has made his home here, until he can find a way back to the
surface.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
