Long Desc: A brawny and grizzled man with numerous lures hanging from his body.

Fisherman Joe has been here for many years.  He probably knows all of the
island's residents, but has seen far more people just passing through.  If
you hang around, sometimes he will tell a story or two about the fish he's
caught, and the ones that got away too.  While most of his tales are made
up, Fisherman Joe is still a respectable man and can be trusted.
It is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
