Long Desc: A snow witch is here.

Crafted right out of your nightmares, this ugly witch is causing you and
your friends lots of trouble.  She is white as snow, and uses the very
element to attack.  She is adept at magic and from the looks of it has been
around a long time to practice her wicked art.  There is no other color
anywhere on her besides the snow, making her tough to spot.  She opens her
eyes and they are jet black, the only color difference you can spot.
She is a ogre approximately 7'0" tall.
