Long Desc: Meldar stares deep into a crystal ball looking for the future.

Dressed theatrically in a crimson cloak and golden turban, Meldar
welcomes you to his domain.  Speaking in low, confidential tones he asks you
a few trivial questions, trying to relieve your nervousness.  Finally,
leading you to a small chair beside his table he asks what brings you to him
today.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
