NPC: A bored prisoner
Long Desc: A prisoner makes pictures in the dirt floor with a small stick.

This shady character looks up idly as you enter the cell.  While he wears
the standard issue prison uniform, you can tell that he doesn't have the
same attitude as the other inmates.  He seems unconcerned about being here,
and makes small designs in the dirt to pass time.  Perhaps he is due for
parole soon, and knows that his time left here is short.
He is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
