Greetings adventurer! Just recently I have received a letter from a
prisoner in New Rigel saying that he was on death row. The letter stated
that he was a rune citizen, on a business trip to New Rigel. It also said
he was a young fey imprisoned and being charged with murder. Finally, his
defense was that the person was already dead when he arrived, so he took the
opportunity to feed when he was caught and arrested. I want you to rescue
this individual before they execute him. But first you must find out where
they are holding him, and where they plan to execute him. Raksann knows the
whereabouts of any local execution, so it might be useful visiting him. I
also want you to visit the fey prisoners' executioner, and try to convince
him to stall the process as possible. Finally I want you to eliminate the
individual responsible for this heinous crime. I know you will not fail us,
