Long Desc: A court jester is here entertaining the members of the court.

This court jester is a half-elf who has made his living by wearing
strange outfits and dancing around, telling jokes, and singing strange
ballads.  He is wearing a green costume with a pointed hat with little bells
on each tip.  His shoes are strange, as they are felt and come to a curled
up tip.  He has a long nose and a funny looking face which only adds to the
comedy of the situation.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
