Quest: That Is Not Funny!
This quest is called 'That Is Not Funny!',
for Adventurers levels 181 to 239.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, a talent show was held in my castle courtyard. Events such as
this should leave me feeling whimsical and carefree however, this particular event had the opposite effect. None of the featured performers were funny in the least. A few of them were just plain terrible, one was possibly insane, and several of the foreign participants blatantly insulted both myself and the fair towne of Rune with their acts. This will not be ignored. Take the weapon of one of my guards and administer the deaths of these talentless fools. Let the world know that I have standards when it comes to the entertainment of myself and my subjects.

Phase 3: Defeat A foolish jester.
Phase 4: Defeat Balaria, the insane Court Jester.
Phase 5: Defeat A jester trainee.

Phase 7: Defeat a traveling minstrel.
