NPC: The seamstress
Long Desc: The seamstress helps another person select a costume for a local production.

Although she is surrounded by some of the brightest and fanciest costumes
you've ever seen, this woman is wearing a rather sensible grey dress.  She
is an experienced seamstress, and makes quite a good living designing the
outfits for the plays and operas in town.  She also supplies the costumes
used by the employees of the Red Mist Brothel.
She is a high-elf approximately 5'6" tall.
