Long Desc: Jeldar peers at you through tiny spectacles as you enter his shop.

An uncommonly thin halfling, his hair slicked back with pomade, Jeldar
bears an amazing resemblance to a wharf rat.  Smiling at you with what he
hopes to be a charming grin, you can feel him assessing you, weighing in his
mind how much you can spend.
He is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
