NPC: A drunken sailor
Long Desc: A sailor appears to be drunk as he stammers incoherently to the bartender.

Like many sailors, this minotaur is spending his shore leave in a local
bar consuming massive quantities of alcohol.  Probably a nice enough person
while sober, this intoxicated bovine is getting progressively angrier and
angrier as the bartender cannot understand his drunken ramblings.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
