NPC: Sir Melvin
Long Desc: An elderly and retired knight of New Kolvir is here, selling armor and accessories.

This man was once a knight of New Kolvir in former years, but he has now
settled down and taken to the quiet life of an armorer and trader as his age
has started to get the better of him.  His hair is cut short and kept neat,
and he sports a closely trimmed steel grey beard.  His body seems to be
still strong and agile despite his advancing age, and you sense that there
may still be some of the old hero left in him.  His attention is focused
upon the pair of steel greaves he is lovingly polishing as you enter, but he
looks up and greets you with a smile as he hears you come in.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
