NPC: A peasant overseer
Long Desc: A peasant overseer is here, making sure all of the farm-hands are working hard.

The overseer is here to make sure that the farm-hands are hard at work
harvesting the wheat.  Should any of them be avoiding work, he will not
hesitate to use his whip on them.  Overseers tend to be a very harsh and
disciplined folk, they take few excuses from idling workers and would gladly
beat them senselessly.  Such mean people.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
