Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Early this morning, a representative for the peasant farmers of Sigil
came to me and asked for a favor. He asked for aid after a large swarm of
locusts came for a visit and left having destroyed more than half the crops
that were there before hand. I offered the farmers whatever assistance I
could to get them back on their feet. This matter is of great importance to
the survival of Sigil and the sooner the crops get back to their ordinary
state, the quicker Sigil will be able to continue operating! May the Powers
guide and protect you!
