Long Desc: The judge sits behind the bench awaiting his next decision.

The judge sits at the bench overseeing the evidence presented to the
jury.  Attorneys representing the two litigants before him argue the
relative merits of a local property dispute.  The judge's glazed expression
indicates he's just as bored by the arguments as the jury is.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
