NPC: A diseased homeless man
Long Desc: A stinking, filthy man wanders the darkness seeking shelter.

Covered in boils and sores this dirt encrusted man wanders the darkness
seeking shelter.  He is covered from head to toe with dirt and other unknown
substances that give off a powerful stench that burns the nose.  Those
passing by him are clearly barely able to keep from gagging at the smell.
He appears to be one of the destitute residents who seeks shelter down here
in the homeless community.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
