NPC: A doodling prisoner
Long Desc: A prisoner spends his days drawing in the dirt of his jail cell.

To protect society from his evildoings, this fey has been imprisoned for
years.  The judge issued a harsh sentence to him but then his crimes show
he's too dangerous to be allowed to roam the streets freely.  Smiling
innocently at you he tries to appear harmless enough to get you to drop your
guard for an instant.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
