NPC: A Vospire councilman
Long Desc: One of the councilman stands here with an evil grin on his face.

You stand before one of the councilmen.  He is finely dressed in garments
matched by only that of the king.  He looks very powerful, his muscles
shaping the cloth of his shirt.  He bears an evil grin, as if he is plotting
something.  The councilmen are very intelligent and evil men, who cannot be
trusted.  You wonder how the king trusts such men.  He gives you a wicked
glare as you approach.
He is a ogre approximately 6'11" tall.
