  You are in the High Council's Audience Chamber.  This room is more
fantastic than the throne room.  The furnishings are much nicer and the
Council rests on large pillows occasionally getting a back rub from one of
the mistresses.  You stand in awe at this sight.  You see traders and people
from other lands waiting for their turn to speak with the Council.  You know
now that the King is but a puppet.  The High Council rules Vospire.  With a
shocked look you just stand in place, knowing not what to do.  The King's
troubled look is evidently justified.
