You are in a mammoth throne room.  Before you, on a large golden throne,
sits the Great King of Vospire.  The beautiful room is furnished with only
the finest carpeting and the walls are made up of a shiny white marble.  You
notice that he doesn't seem to be doing anything, he is just sitting there. 
You haven't seen the Council yet, and wonder if they have as much or maybe
more power than the King.  The King wears a troubled look on his face.
