It takes a great deal of money to run Rune Castle, much of which comes
from the sale of horseflesh.  The Runic stables are famous throughout Alyria
for the quality of its horses and the Stable Master is the man to see if
you're interested in buying one.  His eyes light up with pride as he
describes the various fine steeds available for purchase, some descendants
of Swiftmoon himself.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
