NPC: A crested-headed peacock
Long Desc: A crested-headed peacock, superiorly prances about the courtyard.

This peacock marches around the castle courtyard proudly, as a true
peacock should.  However, very much unlike a proper peacock, this curious
showbird has no feathers.  No oil-painting splashes of color adorn its back,
no preening of feathers, this peacock is not so ordinary after all, but not
for lack of trying.
He is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
