This quest is called 'Delicacy Dee-lish!',

I confess I am most hungry. All of this work has left me famished! I
wish to sit and eat a delicious meal, but am rather bored and tired of the
same meals that my cook has been preparing of late. Word has reached me of
new and wondrous tastes appearing around Rune that might provide new taste
sensations to break up my culinary boredom. I wish you to seek out and find
these new delicacies and report back with your findings in a timely manner.
Lord Agrippa would also like you to visit the head cook and inquire if she
has any knowledge of how to prepare these new delicacies. You may also need
to travel as far as Rune forest to find these new tastes. Your efforts will
of course be well rewarded if you bring back the tasty information I need!
