NPC: A gateguard
Long Desc: A Cavhfail gateguard protects the city from intruders.

This uniformed fey bears clothes with the seal of the Unseelie castle.
His muscles bulge dangerously, and he eyes you as you stare at him.  Not the
best guy to stare at.  He grasps his weapon tightly, as he shifts
confidently in his gear.  This is one of the most dangerous of the guards!
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
