NPC: Lorecylg, the bombkeeper
Long Desc: Lorecylg stands behind a counter, making sure nobody touches the merchandise.

This old fey is scarred almost beyond recognition.  He is missing half of
his left wing, his left arm, an eye, and innumerable less important parts.
His skin is almost the color of sepia, as he has been exposed to so many
chemicals.  He has a bent look about him: not evil, but not sane.  His
eyebrows and hair are dirty and unkempt.  His finger nails (all five of
them) may cause one to gag...
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
