NPC: Cortez, the bartender
Long Desc: Cortez, the sagacious faerie bartender hands out drinks.

This old fey is covered in scars.  He can obviously hold his own, as the
thieves and evil folk who frequent this bar respect him.  Hoar and gray, he
hands out drinks while carefully watching his customers.  He dresses in a
skirt of sorts, with his torn fey wings exposed.  His brow furrows as you
peer at him.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
