NPC: A eunuch of Ina
Long Desc: A pudgy merman treads water before the Altar, reciting lists in his head.

This old merman was sold to a priest of one of the more orthodox churches of
Ina at a young age, and has been associated with the church ever since.
Inculcated in the ways of burial and rememberance, he spends his days near
the altar, preparing for the days of large sacrifices.
He is a merfolk approximately 5'6" tall.
