NPC: Zissi the confused
Long Desc: Zissi, looks befuddled as she forgets her purpose.

A short Fey woman stands before you scratching her head.  She paces back
and forth, sitting and standing, oblivious to her surroundings.  Her dark
red hair reaches down past her knees to rest on the floor.  A perpetually
confused look adorns her face as she begins to pace back and forth again.
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
