Long Desc: The frog hunter is here, following the trail of a bullfrog.

Wearing a huge, floppy brimmed hat, that is constantly slipping down into
his eyes and smelling of swamp gas, the frog hunter has an irrational and
overpowering hatred for all frogs.  This may be the result of a disturbing
childhood experience.  The frog hunter will pay you in gold for any dead
frogs you hand over to him.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
