Long Desc: The mighty magistrate of Templeton is here going over the daily paperwork.

The magistrate of Templeton is a large minotaur man that is wearing a
large belt with a golden seal.  His uniform is blue with brass buttons up
the front, and a police symbol on the pocket.  He is busy doing the
paperwork for criminal actions, wanted criminals, and setting the duty logs
for the guards of town.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
