This large office is very clean and is bustling with activity.  With all
the recent troubles with crime this office is very busy.  The magistrate's
office has a coat stand in the corner along with a tall plant.  There are
drawers filled with case files along the wall, and the magistrate has a
large oaken desk.  There is a large map of each quarter of the city behind
the magistrate with circles around trouble areas.
