This small dwarf man is sitting at home smoking a pipe and looking over
his fishing poles.  He has a long beard that is full of nasty things like
fish parts.  He does not seem to take very good care of himself.  He is
wearing fish-smelling clothing that is very dirty and in bad need of a wash.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
