Description of Save the Cats:
Disturbing reports have reached me that a number of the cats within the
city have been victim to various individuals. In fact, as I understand it,
there is even one group that have been killing the cats for food even though
there is plenty here at the castle for all who ask! Even though I can't
have a cat of my own, I do want to ensure the safety of these cute
creatures. Try to rescue several of these poor cats and deal harshly with
those who have abused them. Stop by my guards on the way back to let them
know who to be on the watch for so that these monsters who would harm cats
are not allowed into my home!

Rune, pet shoppe, you need someone else to buy it so you can rescue it. —

You can actually purchase the kitten, unform with it, and then you will achieve this phase. —
