This quest is called 'The Neglected Guests!', for Adventurers levels 120 to 241.
Description of The Neglected Guests!:
I have been so busy with all of these problems that are plaguing the
countryside that I have neglected my guests and other visitors here at home.
I have quite a few guests staying upstairs in guests rooms, or maybe they
are in the library right now. I want you to visit these people and let them
know just how busy I have been and that I will get with them as soon as I am
able. In fact, tell all of them that we will be having a dinner in their
honor this evening. That should make up for any slights they perceive.
Also my two twin sons have been giving them quite a hassle, please prevent
them from bothering my guests in any way possible.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 65 quest points, 7 practice points, 24000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
