This quest is called '"Crime is up...Again!"', for Adventurers levels 40 to 60.
Description of "Crime is up...Again!":
Once again the latest reports from the town constable show that crime is
on the rise. In fact it is way up in comparison to six months ago! This is
causing all sorts of trouble, as I'm sure you can imagine. It is harming
our citizens and merchants as they go about their lives. Visitors and
travelers face threats on the streets that have never been known before.
Basically, this problem cannot be ignored. Something must be done NOW!
Since I must remain here to oversee all of these administrative details as
well as assign other quests, I need you adventurer to bring an end to the
crime that spreads across my land. Seek out information regarding the crime
wave and then deal with the causes of it. You will be well rewarded upon
your return! May the Powers go with you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
