Questmaster:
Lord Agrippa [
Runic Castle]
This quest is called 'Overpopulation', for Adventurers levels
20 to
59.
Description of Overpopulation:
I received a message from Servos, the bird watcher, a few weeks ago. In the
message, he outlined a problem that he fears may be occurring. He told me
of the recent migration of the many feathered animals flying throughout the
world, and that they occasionally overpopulate an area. Well, he was afraid
that the migrating birds may be overpopulating both Rune and New Rigel. I
was not so sure about this, so I replied to his messaged by thanking him for
his warning, and thought nothing more of it. A couple of days ago, I
received a message from Lord Vashir about the matter. Apparently, Servos
sent him a message as well. Lord Vashir investigated the situation in his
town, and the bird watcher was right. Lord Vashir requested that I assist
him in fixing the situation. Apparently Servos told the lord of New Rigel
something a bit different than what he had written to me, so I want you to
go to Rune Forest and visit the bird watcher. Find out exactly what types
of birds are overpopulating this area of Sepharia and where they can be
found. Then I want you to journey to New Rigel and visit a goblin bird
catcher in the Thieves' Forest, which apparently has not been able to
accomplish his objective. Maybe he will be able to help you in your search
for these birds. After you find out where these birds are and what kind of
birds they are, I want you to kill them to lower the population a bit.
Rewards await you for this mission if it is completed quickly. May the
Powers be with you!
