This quest is called 'Sigilian Tours', for Adventurers levels 90 to 120.
Description of Sigilian Tours:
I am interested in setting up a tour agency here in Sigil to encourage
tourism through our fair land as well as those of our neighbors. The first
tour that the agency should offer would be a one or two day tour of the
neighboring town of Vospire. I want you to make a journey to Vospire and
check out certain places of interest situated there before implementing this
idea. I would also like you to conduct interviews with some of the
Vospirian folks to see what they think of it. Oh and by the way, please
send my regards to the King of Vospire while you are there. Your quick
completion of this task will be well rewarded.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
