very important person who staying with us here in the castle came to me the
other day and discretely pointed out a few things. I could not believe my
ears when she told me of the disheveled state of her room and the poor
quality of service she received while staying in Templeton. I must ask you
to inspect some of the workers and inform them immediately if they are not
performing well. It is not only for our visitors but also for their profits
as well, for if visitors are unhappy they are likely not to return. I know
that many of the palace servants rely upon gratuities from our guests to
augment their income. Complete your inspection speedily and I shall reward
